LASER & more produced the housings for facade lighting of the Burj Khalifa. The design was build up in an 3D-CAD-programm (Solid Works) and from a simulation up to a static-calculation and production list, a permanent documentation could be garanteeded.
For this project incredible 620 enclosures for lightings, 950 tubular housings and 17.080 single components were produced.

» Olympic Bridge London
Year of production 2010
Totally 70 peaces of drainage-channels were produced for the Olympic bridge - a total lenght of 180 meter.

For profiles which can otherwise only be rolled; in a smaler quantities it is not economically. Such profiles can be produced with the method of laser welding and straight laser elding seams are warranted.

Year of production 2006
The Öresundtunnel is the connection between Denmark and Sweden and has a lenght of 4.050 meter. LASER & more produced consoles, these were holders for components (weight 55.000 tons each).
