» 3D laser welding

At the 3D laser welding the marginalized layer got treated by a local energy contribution and a low thermal loading on the component and a very low warpage is waranteed. Especially in stainless steel production 3D laser welding is very beneficial, because in most cases no work of grinding and straightening is necessary. Trough the lower and pointed heat contribution an enormous reduction of wall-thicknesses can be achieved. This reduction based on the fact that the wall-thickness is often chosen because of laser-technical and not static-reasons. 

More advantages: 3D laser welding is perfect for materials, which can not be treated with usual methods. For example: colored and structure-rolled material where no after-work is possible.

Laser welding of special square tubes:
